Kicking off 75 Days Hotter

Let me start by saying, I have a deep hate for 75 Hard. It sets people up to fail with crazy difficult inflexible rules and the shame they put behind having to start over is so wild to me. That and the fact that it’s pushed so heavily at the top of the year to “fix” all the “bad” things you do over the holidays like eat and drink and have fun with people. If you’re one of those people who likes 75 Hard, love that for you, I really do. But I just can’t get behind it.

When 75 Hotter from Jade Brandt came up on my FYP, I’ll tell you I had some serious reservations at first. But everything on her list was good vibes, establishing good habits, and everything was sustainable. The biggest positive was that you don’t need to restart if you miss a day. Which I think is the biggest win, there’s no punishment for not being perfect. Instead, it’s just taking the new day as a fresh start and getting back to it.

I’m getting a slow start, recovering from dental surgery this week, so some things like 10K steps and prioritizing proteins are a little hard for now, but focusing on drinking water, tidying the house, self-care, and working my way up to the bigger stuff.

Check out the video, get the 75 Hotter list and tracker from Jade, follow along on TikTok, and let me know if you’re doing it too!
